• Floors

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs & mats

  • Vacuum under bed (if accessible)

  • Sweep and mop all hardwood, tile & laminate floors

• Windows & Mirrors (Within arm’s reach)

  • Wipe down windows and glass surfaces (interior)

  • Clean mirrors to be streak-free

• Trash

  • Empty trash cans throughout the house and replace liners

• High-Touch Areas

  • Wipe down and sanitize light switches, doorknobs and all other handles

• Dusting (Within arm’s reach)

  • Dust all horizontal surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, and furniture throughout the home.

• Furniture

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture and spot clean as necessary

 

Kitchen

• Countertops & Surfaces

  • Sanitize and wipe down countertops, island, backsplash, kitchen table and chairs.

• Sink & Faucet

  • Scrub sink with removal of stains and food residue

  • Polish faucet & handles

• Appliances

  • Wipe down & clean the exterior of all appliances, including the oven, refrigerator, & microwave. 

  • Cleaning the inside of the microwave included. 

• Cabinets

  • Wipe down the exterior of cabinets and drawers

 

Bathrooms

• Sink & Countertop

  • Clean and sanitize sink, faucet, and countertop

• Windows & Mirrors (Within arm’s reach)

• Shower/Tub

  • Clean and scrub shower/bathtub, including any sliding glass doors.

  • Remove soap scum and water spots.
